Tailored Dyslexia Tutoring Sessions
Welcome to Dyslexia Reading Center, where we offer specialized tutoring sessions designed for children with dyslexia. Our approach is centered around the highly effective Barton Reading and Spelling System, grounded in the renowned Orton-Gillingham methodology.

Multisensory Structured Language (MSL) Approach: Our application of the Orton-Gillingham multisensory strategy activates various brain regions simultaneously. This comprehensive method facilitates learning through an array of sensory experiences—visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile—ensuring deep and meaningful learning.
Progressive Structured Learning: Our tutoring sessions are 50 minutes each, scheduled at least twice weekly. Research-backed, this frequency is crucial to bridging academic gaps and integrating learning effectively. Students follow a structured progression of reading and spelling concepts, progressing from basic to advanced literacy skills.
Customized Learning Pace: Recognizing that each student is unique, we tailor the pace of instruction to their individual needs. Progression is customized to ensure that students move forward at their own speed while receiving the necessary support.

Online Dyslexia Tutoring
Leveraging the power of Zoom's video conferencing, we offer personalized, one-on-one instruction in a dynamic virtual environment, led by experienced tutors dedicated to making a difference.

Interactive Virtual Classroom: Our online platform is a space where tutors and students interact in real-time. Through shared screens and control, sessions include word-building exercises, practice with high-frequency words, and reading fluency activities, all aimed at stimulating active learning.
Dedicated Live Tutor Support: Each session is led by a live tutor, offering instant feedback and encouragement. Our setup involves screen sharing by the tutor, while the student retains control over the mouse, promoting engagement and participation.
